TRACKLINE MUSIC SERVICES, hereinafter known as THE VENDOR,
affirms and maintains its ownership of 100% of the copyright,
with respect to both mechanical and performing rights, to
all of its listed music.
Any company, organisation or individual, hereinafter referred
to as THE PURCHASER, who purchases direct from THE VENDOR, is
hereby licensed to duplicate the purchased music for the purpose
of accompanying any original videographic, cinematographic or any
audio-visual or computer-generated work without payment of any
further fees to any body or organisation.
Any new work created by THE PURCHASER which incorporates the
purchased music may be sold in any medium without payment of
further fees to THE VENDOR.
Should THE PURCHASER replay the purchased music in public or
over any broadcast medium ( including the internet and any
television channel including those broadcast by cable or
satellite ) THE VENDOR will require no payment of further fees
to any body or organisation.
The rights to replay and sell any larger work which is created
by THE PURCHASER and which incorporates no music other than the
purchased music may be extended to any third-party who is a bona
fide client of THE PURCHASER. This right does not extend to any
music other than the purchased music which may be incorporated
in the larger work.
If THE PURCHASER is an organisation, school, library or any society
with members, these rights may, with THE VENDOR's permission, be
temporarily extended to THE PURCHASER's members or students.
Member's rights will endure only while they belong to the
organisation.
These rights are granted solely to THE PURCHASER and his/her bona
fide clients or members and may not be transferred or sold. This
right in no way affects THE VENDOR’s normal terms of business or
ownership of the music. Nor does it amend any other agreement
made with any other company. This agreement will apply to all
territories world-wide. If the PURCHASER is an individual the
agreement will last for his/her lifetime. If the PURCHASER is a
company, the agreement will last for as long as the company is
still trading.
THE PURCHASER should retain the original invoice as proof of these
rights. |
